I choose this news because I saw this picture and I was very excited with it , so I read this news. This news is very interesting, the news is about South Korea bought arms from U.S. and They is the biggest buyers of U.S. Therefore, when I read that news I have a question that why South Korea bought many arms for what ?

According to the news, The U.S. said that South Korea was the biggest buyers of America defense goods on a government-to-government level last year. South Korea purchased $462 million and becoming Washington’s seventh-biggest client. In 2008, The amount fell rapidly , however, Seoul has conducted additional naval drills to deter provocations from North Korea. So, South Korea has to prepare the large-scale joint naval exercises in the East Sea with the United States. Last year, U.S. allowed legislation South Korea under the special project and they mention to the need that enhance weapons compatibility between the South Korean military and the 28,500 U.S. troops for against North Korea.

In my opinion, it is a good sigh for South Korea that they have a business with the great business dealer like American. South Korea can enable American's government to rely on what South Korea does. The way South Korea bought a lot of goods means that the South Korea has a lot of money. It can purchase things that have a high cost. Moreover, the cooperation between South Korea and American to ignore North Korea is the great news.

Seoul Education Chief Vows to Innovate Schools

I choose this news because this news is very interesting. When I was a primary school student I thought that lesson are very easy and it has low quality than today.Sometimes I saw the show on television I think many junior high school and high school students have more knowledge than me while I was high school student.

According to the news, South Korea students are goad on to competition to study higher grades courses in advance at private cram schools. Students in junior high school will learn about lesson in high school. This competition has aims to gain the school in the university entrance exam. However, the important factor is the higher costs in private high school. the new superintendent of the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education said that this way is wrong way and it is an evil strategy because it’s a pity to see their society caught in this trap. Moreover, he said that today their students was not happy with this education. So, he will develop the education and he will work on his own think. And he will establishment of “innovative schools” at the center of the campaign. Furthermore, he will emphasize to English subject because he said that English is very important to their students. The foreign is very important roles in boosting the nation’s knowledge of English.

I think this news is a very good news for every Korean student. This scheme for improving knowledge in the students will enable the basic knowledge of the students move to the next step. To reflect fairness in the selection for used a choose criteria in which the conglomerates were ranked. In my opinion, the G20 is the group of the business in each country that is very precious. There are many countries want to participate in this group because they can recieve a lot of adventage from being in this group. S. Korea Unveils New Military Transport Chopper

I choose this news because they was very interesting. recently, in Thailand also has the news about the helicopter but in it about the helicopter crashed with the mountain and it fell down into the forest. However, this news was different from the news in Thailand. You can read the news in the next part.

According to the news, South Korea announced that they published their a new military transport helicopter developed with the chopper division of Europe's EADS to replace its ageing fleet of U.S. on Friday. At first, this helicopter was showed by president Lee in the south of Sacheon. They spend a lot of money for this project about 1.3 trillion won ($1.05 billion) and this project was published in 2006 and it will be full option in 2012. This helicopter can fly about 260 km per hour and it carrying two gunners and a patrol of troops. However, Korea has planned to build the helicopter more than 200 to substitute all of old helicopter that they used for long time. Moreover, they has planned to build civilian variants of the chopper. The reporter said this project will help them its heavy dependence on US helicopter and they will make it into the global market.

In my opinion, I think it is neccessary for Korean army to have new helicopters. The old helicopters will give a lot of trouble if an engine in each helicopter is too old. For example, the engine may shut down automatically or cause a plane clash during the operation. To substitute the old helicopters with the new helicopters, it will be able to gain a lot of adventage.

North Korea Notifies South Korea of Starting Water Discharge from Border Dam

The problem about a high levels of water in dams isn't a small problem because many countries face a problem. Some countries they got only a high levels of water in dams but some countries they got a big problem such as flood. Those countries try to find the way to solve this problem, so in South Korea they got a high levels of water in dams but it not came from nature but they got it from their neighbor

According to the news, North Korea announced that they will open the floodgates and start discharge water about 1000 tons per second from a dam into the river in South Korea. A ministry official in charge of water control said that " There wasn't uncontrollable rise in the level of water overnight and our dam built along the border can contain any intentional or accidental flash flood. " Moreover, a fews day pass the torrential rain fall and it cause of raising the levels of major rivers. An unannounced dam discharged on last September into the river cause of killed six South Korean camper because a flash flood. This time South Korea has fears about water attack from North Korea again. However, North Korea said that they promise to warn it again if they will discharge water into South Korea in the future.

In my opinion, I think If I were South Korea people I must worry about this thing so much because if North Korea was not announce about their action to South Korea. Their people must worry every time because they don't know when the water come again. If They know before they will prepare to do something for this.

According to the new, The National Ecological Institute of South Korea has planned to build an eco dome and environment think-thak. It is an education center and protecte the natural resources. The ecorium will be a large environment center comprising 1000 acres. Furthermore, It will be greenhouse and visitor center. The engineer design to same as the Eden project in UK. The Ecorium will show about nature and how best to protect them.

In my opinion, I think eco dome is a good building because it has a lot of useful for learn about the natural. Furthermore, they always protect the natural resources for durable. If it can possible. I want to see an eco dorm in Thailand and I want Thailand has a good natural and good atmosphere.

South Korean Government to Develop Robots to Teach English !

Nowadays, technology was developed in everyday. Scientists always think and create new technology things for people. Robot is one thing that scientist try to develop it for use it do something substitute to human. They put the data into robots and today it was successful.

According to the news, The lack of English teachers in South Korea it is the big problem in education. Then, the government has developed the robot that can teach English. They try to use them to teach kindergarten students. Some students have been acquainted with it and the robot becomes fun because it look like cartoon character . Moreover, the robot can teach English but they also read a story in English for students.

In my opinion, I think the robot has more useful in the education because many school in countryside don't have enough teacher. Sometimes the robot may be have more quality than human because I think the scientist put the best data into it.

South Korea Bans North Korean Twitter

Nowadays, twitter is a one of wellknown website in the world. People use this website for communicate with other people but sometime twitter might be a cause of conflict between 2 countries.

According to the news, South Korea's reporter said that South Korea has blocked North Korea's twitter account which name is " uriminzok " because the information on their twitter are illegal. However, North Korea announced that it has twitter account and youtube channel in an apparent effort to support propaganda war against South Korea and United State. The twitter account increased more than 8500 in a week and all of them post something to praise North Korea leader. So,they confirm the information that praise, promote, support are illegal.

In my opinion, I think North Korea is a communist country and he always make trouble with South Korea. they don't care everything a result of things that they do. In this news I think North Korea is wrong because they should think somethings that useful for their country it will be better than make the war with other countries.

MV I'll be there show about the impossible love and it has a strong rhythm make me exciting while I watch it. Nevertheless, MV I need a girl show the love that 2 people can stay together and it has softly rhythm it make me smile while i watch it. However, both of music video are quite different but it is a good music video.

T-ara Will Not be Making a Japanese Debut This Year !

Many girl groups in South Korea like Kara ,Brown eye girl, SNSD, etc. have planned to debut in Japan on this year because Japan is a big market for promote Korean artists. Korea and Japan have nearly culture and this year is golden year of entertainment of Korea. Therefore, many entertainment companies in Korea export their artists to debut in abroad. Although, other companies export their artist but M-net is not. They have not planned to sent T-ara to debut in japan this year.

According to the news, T-ara explain about the reason that why they will stay in Korea in this year. The reason is they are preparing for their comeback album which will be released in this October. Their management also said a lot of countries request them to debut in that countries but they have been rejected. This time T-ara have to meeting their fans and they being an actor instead of singer. So, they have planned to debut in overseas in the second haft year of 2011

In my opinion, T-ara is a famous girl group in Korea. They have a lot of talents and I ever seen their performance in the Youtube and real performance at the concert. The New Green Project Is Horses

If I talk about horse, I think everyone known this animal well. So, I believe that everyone used to ride it before. In the past, many people ride a horse for transportation, but today they can't ride a horse because we have concrete roads in everywhere. Nevertheless, in South Korea they campaign their people to ride a horse in Jeju Island.

According to the new, In Jeju Island they have a new project by the provincial government. The major of this project is horses. They emphasis about this thing so much because they believe that horse-related businesses will be a major thing for the future growth engine for the island. Moreover, they have a scheme to construct a special rode for horses. Although, horses have been a part of transportation in the past but the development of transportation that came with modern age so, it cause to they left horses or use it for sometime. This is a good news that horses will came back to be a popular for racing and riding again.

In my opinion, I think it is good if horses return to role in the present because today people always use development vehicle and they don't care about their effect such as, air pollution from car smoke. So, if we ride a horse it will be better than use a car. Although, in Thailand ride a horses is a rare activity to do in the city but when you go to countryside you should ride a horse substitute for drive a car.

Taxi in Seoul

You can see taxi in anywhere in Seoul. It is a good way when you want to go to somewhere without many people. Taxi in Korea always clean and comfortable. The price are calculate from the fare according to distance and time.

In Korea they has 2 different kind of taxi, general and deluxe. I will present you about how different of it.

General Taxi : These taxis are generally white or silver and the top will have a "taxi" sign. The fare is calculated according to distance and time. The fare automatically starts at 1,300 won and increase after two kilometers. General taxi is inexpensive. Moreover, it clean and have a good service, but most drivers can't speak English. It is a big problem for drivers because when they communicate with customers.

Deluxe Taxi : The deluxe taxis is more expensive than general taxis because drivers are trained to serve foreigners, and they can speak English well. Moreover, they has an excellent service but the deluxe taxis are rare cause of their fare.

In my opinion, I think taxis in Korea has a good service than Thai taxi. Although, their fare are expensive than Thai but if we pay more money than general ,so i will get more comfortable too.

Entrance Exam day !

Entrance exam day is the most important day of Korean student. Forasmuch, They have 1 opportunity of their life to do it. Everyone want to get into the top university of South Korea. So, they think that if they can get in to the top university of South Korea it can make their life better than the past. Furthermore, when they graduate from there they will get the best opportunity career and they will meet good husband. In that day, they go on their way to get the exam. In front of school, they will meet the junior students stand in the line and cheering up. So,at the temple their parents will pray for the best exam result of their children. Some of them they stand by out side the school and pray for their children too. That day, the government has provided the volunteers stand by to help students who might be late a lot.

That is to say before, this day is very important. Then the government command to teachers do not wear high heels because it cause of noise affect to damage concentration and people who work can late for that day. Furthermore, they command the airline stop flight in that time.

I think Thailand should be do like Korea because examination is very important for student. When I went to do exam at another school it has many things to disturb me in that time. If Thai government do like Korea it will be good for student and they can do their score better.

If I ask you about a popular sport in Korea. I think the first sport that you think is taekwondo.

Taekwondo is an originated sport and national sport of South Korea. It has emerged about 2000 years ago but it only became popular after World war II. This sport is about the fighting. It uses open hand and feet. It has many techniques the most of them is kicking and punching.

Taekwondo became to join with Olympic in 2000. After that, It has a popular sport in Olympic game and many people that interested in the sport pay attention with taekwondo. Many countries in Asia affected this sport from Korea. It make some countries has high compettion with this sport. Especially, Thailand and China.

Today, parents bring their children to learn taekwondon since their was young. They think taekwondo can help their children from danger and they can help yourself.

One of my favourite movie is Harry Potter. Hogwarts uniform is very interesting. I want to have it my own. Students in Hogwarts must wear long robes and a tassel. It identify the house of each student. Harry,Ron and Hermione is in the Gryffindor's because they wear the red and yellow tassel. This show that they are in the Gryffindor's.

In the military they also wear uniform too. To show who they are a member with. If you ever see Avatar you can see many kinds of the uniforms. Each uniform represent to their group. It's show they are in the same social.

However, the new member he is Minam had to go to oversea. Then his agent came up with idea of having his twin,Minyu, his younger sister. Then agent want her to be substitute. At first she don't accept this idea because it's not good idea but later she say yes because of her brother. When she go to meet the member of AN jell she was hatred from two of members. They always molest her but they don't know she is girl. It's make she feel bad with them but she has one person who always take care and teach her. But later the hatred has change to love and happy ending.
