Seoul Education Chief Vows to Innovate Schools

I choose this news because this news is very interesting. When I was a primary school student I thought that lesson are very easy and it has low quality than today.Sometimes I saw the show on television I think many junior high school and high school students have more knowledge than me while I was high school student.

According to the news, South Korea students are goad on to competition to study higher grades courses in advance at private cram schools. Students in junior high school will learn about lesson in high school. This competition has aims to gain the school in the university entrance exam. However, the important factor is the higher costs in private high school. the new superintendent of the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education said that this way is wrong way and it is an evil strategy because it’s a pity to see their society caught in this trap. Moreover, he said that today their students was not happy with this education. So, he will develop the education and he will work on his own think. And he will establishment of “innovative schools” at the center of the campaign. Furthermore, he will emphasize to English subject because he said that English is very important to their students. The foreign is very important roles in boosting the nation’s knowledge of English.

I think this news is a very good news for every Korean student. This scheme for improving knowledge in the students will enable the basic knowledge of the students move to the next step. The Korean students will be clever than other students if comparing with the students in other countries. However, it would be hard for the first step for the Korean government because the students would take a long time to prepare and adjust themselves for the new plan.
