North Korea Notifies South Korea of Starting Water Discharge from Border Dam

The problem about a high levels of water in dams isn't a small problem because many countries face a problem. Some countries they got only a high levels of water in dams but some countries they got a big problem such as flood. Those countries try to find the way to solve this problem, so in South Korea they got a high levels of water in dams but it not came from nature but they got it from their neighbor

According to the news, North Korea announced that they will open the floodgates and start discharge water about 1000 tons per second from a dam into the river in South Korea. A ministry official in charge of water control said that " There wasn't uncontrollable rise in the level of water overnight and our dam built along the border can contain any intentional or accidental flash flood. " Moreover, a fews day pass the torrential rain fall and it cause of raising the levels of major rivers. An unannounced dam discharged on last September into the river cause of killed six South Korean camper because a flash flood. This time South Korea has fears about water attack from North Korea again. However, North Korea said that they promise to warn it again if they will discharge water into South Korea in the future.

In my opinion, I think If I were South Korea people I must worry about this thing so much because if North Korea was not announce about their action to South Korea. Their people must worry every time because they don't know when the water come again. If They know before they will prepare to do something for this.

Today, natural resources has less and blasted by human. Trees and water are major of natural in the earth was blasted by human. It make O2 in the air also less than the past. In many countries, They build the eco dome for protect their natural resources.

According to the new, The National Ecological Institute of South Korea has planned to build an eco dome and environment think-thak. It is an education center and protecte the natural resources. The ecorium will be a large environment center comprising 1000 acres. Furthermore, It will be greenhouse and visitor center. The engineer design to same as the Eden project in UK. The Ecorium will show about nature and how best to protect them.

In my opinion, I think eco dome is a good building because it has a lot of useful for learn about the natural. Furthermore, they always protect the natural resources for durable. If it can possible. I want to see an eco dorm in Thailand and I want Thailand has a good natural and good atmosphere.

South Korean Government to Develop Robots to Teach English !

Nowadays, technology was developed in everyday. Scientists always think and create new technology things for people. Robot is one thing that scientist try to develop it for use it do something substitute to human. They put the data into robots and today it was successful.

According to the news, The lack of English teachers in South Korea it is the big problem in education. Then, the government has developed the robot that can teach English. They try to use them to teach kindergarten students. Some students have been acquainted with it and the robot becomes fun because it look like cartoon character . Moreover, the robot can teach English but they also read a story in English for students.

In my opinion, I think the robot has more useful in the education because many school in countryside don't have enough teacher. Sometimes the robot may be have more quality than human because I think the scientist put the best data into it.

South Korea Bans North Korean Twitter

Nowadays, twitter is a one of wellknown website in the world. People use this website for communicate with other people but sometime twitter might be a cause of conflict between 2 countries.

According to the news, South Korea's reporter said that South Korea has blocked North Korea's twitter account which name is " uriminzok " because the information on their twitter are illegal. However, North Korea announced that it has twitter account and youtube channel in an apparent effort to support propaganda war against South Korea and United State. The twitter account increased more than 8500 in a week and all of them post something to praise North Korea leader. So,they confirm the information that praise, promote, support are illegal.

In my opinion, I think North Korea is a communist country and he always make trouble with South Korea. they don't care everything a result of things that they do. In this news I think North Korea is wrong because they should think somethings that useful for their country it will be better than make the war with other countries.

Taeyang's Comeback Stage " Expect Something Very Different "

If you are teenager I think you will know Bigbang, famous South Korean boyband, before. Tae yang is a member of bigbang so, he recently released new songs the first song is I need a girl. After his comeback stage on Mcountdown, he got a good feedback from his fans and this time he will release a new song ,I'll be there, and comeback to stage again.

According to the news, Fans impress with his newest music video after they saw. This music video, i'll be there, show about the love between the vampire and human. Moreover, Taeyang has strong muscles and powerful voice wowed the viewers. While he was prepare a new performance he opened his official youtube account and his official facebook page to communicate with his overs fans. However, The other members of bigbang they aren't dissappear but he prepare to making a new album. Taeyang will comeback stage on 21th August on Music core. While his full album will be release on 25th of August.

In my opinion, I saw both of music video already and I think MV I'll be there has quite distinct from I need a girl. MV I'll be there show about the impossible love and it has a strong rhythm make me exciting while I watch it. Nevertheless, MV I need a girl show the love that 2 people can stay together and it has softly rhythm it make me smile while i watch it. However, both of music video are quite different but it is a good music video.

T-ara Will Not be Making a Japanese Debut This Year !

Many girl groups in South Korea like Kara ,Brown eye girl, SNSD, etc. have planned to debut in Japan on this year because Japan is a big market for promote Korean artists. Korea and Japan have nearly culture and this year is golden year of entertainment of Korea. Therefore, many entertainment companies in Korea export their artists to debut in abroad. Although, other companies export their artist but M-net is not. They have not planned to sent T-ara to debut in japan this year.

According to the news, T-ara explain about the reason that why they will stay in Korea in this year. The reason is they are preparing for their comeback album which will be released in this October. Their management also said a lot of countries request them to debut in that countries but they have been rejected. This time T-ara have to meeting their fans and they being an actor instead of singer. So, they have planned to debut in overseas in the second haft year of 2011

In my opinion, T-ara is a famous girl group in Korea. They have a lot of talents and I ever seen their performance in the Youtube and real performance at the concert. They performance are very fantastic and they have a melodious voice and they have high skills in dance. If they debut in overseas I think they will be successful.

The New Green Project Is Horses

If I talk about horse, I think everyone known this animal well. So, I believe that everyone used to ride it before. In the past, many people ride a horse for transportation, but today they can't ride a horse because we have concrete roads in everywhere. Nevertheless, in South Korea they campaign their people to ride a horse in Jeju Island.

According to the new, In Jeju Island they have a new project by the provincial government. The major of this project is horses. They emphasis about this thing so much because they believe that horse-related businesses will be a major thing for the future growth engine for the island. Moreover, they have a scheme to construct a special rode for horses. Although, horses have been a part of transportation in the past but the development of transportation that came with modern age so, it cause to they left horses or use it for sometime. This is a good news that horses will came back to be a popular for racing and riding again.

In my opinion, I think it is good if horses return to role in the present because today people always use development vehicle and they don't care about their effect such as, air pollution from car smoke. So, if we ride a horse it will be better than use a car. Although, in Thailand ride a horses is a rare activity to do in the city but when you go to countryside you should ride a horse substitute for drive a car.

Taxi in Seoul

You can see taxi in anywhere in Seoul. It is a good way when you want to go to somewhere without many people. Taxi in Korea always clean and comfortable. The price are calculate from the fare according to distance and time.

In Korea they has 2 different kind of taxi, general and deluxe. I will present you about how different of it.

General Taxi : These taxis are generally white or silver and the top will have a "taxi" sign. The fare is calculated according to distance and time. The fare automatically starts at 1,300 won and increase after two kilometers. General taxi is inexpensive. Moreover, it clean and have a good service, but most drivers can't speak English. It is a big problem for drivers because when they communicate with customers.

Deluxe Taxi : The deluxe taxis is more expensive than general taxis because drivers are trained to serve foreigners, and they can speak English well. Moreover, they has an excellent service but the deluxe taxis are rare cause of their fare.

In my opinion, I think taxis in Korea has a good service than Thai taxi. Although, their fare are expensive than Thai but if we pay more money than general ,so i will get more comfortable too.
